Job Summary
A cloud infrastructure and visualization solutions provider has a current position open for a Remote Partner Enablement Strategic Global Programs Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Creating an engaging, personalized, and simplified learning experience
- Owning the end-to-end global partner programs as well as the partners learning lifecycle
- Leading the programs team to develop the strategy to optimize and operationalize partners end to end learning experience
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 10+ years of programs, operations and / or partner sales / strategy / leadership experience
- Extensive experience with/knowledge of the channel including resellers and MSPs/cloud partners
- Experience in supporting channel organizations, processes and strategy
- Experience in creating learning programs to drive successful business outcomes
- Ability to own, manage, measure and report on training plans for partner-facing roles
- Ability to optimize process, governance, and performance for all programs
