Job Summary

An e-commerce provider and online marketplace for the cannabis industry has an open position for a Remote Partner Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Owning overall partner management, including metric development, quality control, and workforce planning
• Defining & implementing process improvements to positively impact how we execute in providing a high-quality implementation
• Qualifying new partners, their training, and manage the performance of existing partnerships

Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years of relevant experience and experience leading teams a plus
• Demonstrated experience working and excelling in operational management roles in the technology industry required
• Strong communication skills; able to leverage other Managers and/or subject matter experts to achieve team goals
• Proven ability to manage third party partners, ensure they meet performance, quality standards, and overall values
• Strong analytical skills with proven success developing performance metrics and other measurable business processes and tasks
• Proven ability to lead teams through adversity and consistently motivate
