Job Summary

A privately-held technology company has a current position open for a Remote Partner Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Submitting account change/service requests to the Account Changes department on behalf of a partner/customer
  • Working with sales reps, various internal departments, and external partners to resolve any customer issues
  • Providing additional assistance related to PCI Compliance to ensure merchants are maintaining compliance

Required Skills:

  • Two year's experience in the Payments industry or a related field
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email
  • Ability to learn quickly and multi-task in a fast paced, ever changing environment
  • Must work well in a team environment
  • Intermediate math skills
