Location: Your manager works remotely, and you'll also be able to work remotely. This job will require EST as core business hours.

Job Purpose and Overview

Appfire is looking for a persuasive and persistent Partner Marketing Manager to join our fast growing team. YOU have excellent organizational and social skills. YOU get stuff done, and YOU take pride in your ability to build and nurture strong relationships with people in all different positions, cultures, and companies. YOU advocate for customer and partner needs. YOU are detail-oriented yet flexible. YOU have hands-on marketing experience and are looking for an opportunity to apply what you've learned about successful marketing to an important growth area within Appfire.

Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Marketing and working closely with the Channel Manager, YOU will own all partner communications, including newsletters, pricing updates, sales enablement materials, inbound requests, renewals outreach, and more. YOU will own the Red Hot Partner awards program to recognize outstanding Appfire partners within the Atlassian ecosystem. YOU will launch and maintain a Partner Portal to support product education, positioning, and training for partners. YOU will facilitate one-off calls and product training as appropriate. YOU will maintain working product knowledge about the appfire apps portfolio and help identify and develop cross-branding opportunities between Appfire and other marketplace partners. YOU will monitor partner sales of Appfire apps throughout the year and adjust strategies accordingly.

Key Accountabilities:
Working closely with the Channel Manager and VP of Corporate Marketing to develop, launch, and grow an effective partner marketing program.
Working with Atlassian ecosystem partners to build and nurture relationships and support app sales.
Developing and managing a partner portal to provide relevant educational and training materials to partners.
Coordinating with product managers and product marketing managers to facilitate product education and training, as needed.
Identifying and executing cross-marketing opportunities with solution and marketplace partners within the Atlassian ecosystem.
Owning the Red Hot Reader email newsletter and other partner communications regarding product, pricing, programs, and promotions.
Leading the Red Hot Partner awards program outreach and coordinating with Channel Manager and Marketing Operations on logistics and scoring.
Triaging and responding to inbound partner requests via support, email, and community discussions in a timely manner.
Representing the partner perspective in internal project planning and communicating proactively with internal stakeholders about the status and success of various partner marketing initiatives.
Attending industry tradeshows and representing Appfire's products within tradeshow booths and presentations.
Participating in regular team and company meetings.
Other responsibilities as assigned by the VP of Corporate Marketing.

About You:
3-5 years of experience in relationship marketing, digital marketing, product marketing or some combination required.
Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field required.
Experience working within the Atlassian ecosystem is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication skills, high emotional intelligence quotient, and strong social skills
Outstanding ability to learn quickly and execute swiftly and accurately in a fast-paced, technology-based environment.
Detail-oriented with high standards for your work.
Ability to effectively prioritize, self-manage, and work independently, managing several tight deadlines at once.
Enduring passion for continuous improvement is highly valued on this team.
Ability to travel to tradeshows and team meetings 4-6 times per year.
Can maximize his/her output and excel in a work-from-home setting.
Experience with Atlassian tooling, such as Jira and Confluence a big plus.

Candidates based in metro Atlanta are preferred but exceptional remote candidates will be considered.
