Job Summary
A company that develops and sells enterprise information management software is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Partner Program Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Prioritize upcoming projects with each partner, review projects currently in queue, discuss feature requests and review support issues
- Develop reports and other tools to use during regularly scheduled calls with the organization and lab partners
- Develop and maintain the process for onboarding new organization and outreach lab partners into the appropriate partner program
Qualifications for this position include:
- BA, BS or work experience equivalent
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years project management experience
- Experience running project meetings and cross-functional projects with technical focus
- Excellent organization and project tracking skills
- Well-grounded in Microsoft Office business applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
