A computer software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Partner Recruiter Channel Business Development.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and implement effective business development/recruitment strategy
- Identify potential partner needs and interests and effectively communicate benefits and opportunities
- Partner with channel managers to provide support in growing channel business
Qualifications for this position include:
- BA/BS from an accredited 4-year university
- 5+ years of partner recruitment experience with ERP solutions
- Familiarity with industry-related cloud products
- Understanding of the recruitment process
- Ability to qualify and distinguish profitable partners for Deltek channel
- Business development, account management, and business planning skills
