An international food and beverage retail company is seeking a Remote Partner Relations Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Leverage data and insights to assess and drive action to elevate customer and partner experience
• Inspire partners to emotionally connect to and embody our Mission & Values
• Lead with a growth mindset and act as a catalyst for change

Required Skills:

• At least 8 years experience in performance management
• At least 8 years experience managing a team with multi-functional accountabilities
• Advanced experience in consulting and working with senior leaders
• Progressive experience providing human resources management services in a high-growth environment
• Experience ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Experience establishing collaborative initiatives with multiple departments
