An education solutions provider has an open position for a Remote Partner Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing the implementation and onboarding process of all new and renewing customers
• Project managing new client implementations via email, phone, and web-based tools

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Classroom experience or administrative experience in education
• Experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Onboarding/Implementation or Account Management
• Ability to comfortably communicate with multiple levels of management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective presentation skills
