Remote Partner Success Specialist

Job Summary

A real estate platform is filling a position for a Remote Partner Success Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Leading clients through the onboarding process, and assisting with new community buildouts
• Being responsible for logging activity via Salesforce
• Driving for excellent content quality from our Builder partners

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of Customer Service experience
• Have a basic understanding of Salesforce (Lightning) and a commitment to tracking activity
• Possess outstanding people skills, and strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications, primarily Excel and Outlook
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Experience in online advertising sales is preferred but not required
