Job Summary

A real estate platform is filling a position for a Remote Partner Success Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Leading clients through the onboarding process, and assisting with new community buildouts
Being responsible for logging activity via Salesforce
Driving for excellent content quality from our Builder partners

Required Skills:

3+ years of Customer Service experience
Have a basic understanding of Salesforce (Lightning) and a commitment to tracking activity
Possess outstanding people skills, and strong written and oral communication skills
Proficient in MS Office applications, primarily Excel and Outlook
High level of organization and attention to detail
Experience in online advertising sales is preferred but not required
