Job Summary
Seeking a results-driven Remote Partnership Executive for a full-time position focused on sales and business development, who will prospect, pitch, and close partnerships with high-performing real estate professionals while also providing advisory services as a trusted business consultant.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect, present, and close new partner relationships through structured sales conversations and follow-ups
- Act as a board-level advisor to partners, driving strategy meetings and ensuring business growth
- Build and manage a portfolio of clients, with opportunities to lead a division and negotiate contracts
Required qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in sales, particularly in financial services, B2B, insurance, or real estate
- Proven ability to engage and build trust with high-income entrepreneurs
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow a business division
- Self-directed and disciplined, capable of working autonomously
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with excellent presentation skills
