Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Remote Partnership Executive will manage sales and business development for residential real estate agents, guiding them through investment evaluations and serving as a trusted advisor as their portfolio expands.

Key responsibilities
  • Prospect, present, and close new partner relationships through structured sales conversations and outbound outreach
  • Guide high-earning real estate professionals in evaluating and implementing the investment model
  • Transition to advisory and portfolio management, running strategy meetings and driving accountability for partner growth
Required qualifications
  • 4-5 years of experience in sales, particularly in financial services, B2B, insurance, or real estate
  • Proven ability to engage and influence high-income entrepreneurs
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow a business division
  • Self-directed and disciplined, capable of working autonomously
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with a commitment to client success
