Job Summary

A developer of a customer experience management platform has an open position for a Remote Partnerships and Alliances Legal Counsel Member.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing, drafting and negotiating all forms of partnership and alliance contracts
  • Advising the business on data protection/privacy and related matters
  • Interpreting contractual terms and conditions

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 5 years’ experience as a corporate attorney providing legal advice and negotiating agreements
  • Hold a current and active license to practice law in any state in the USA
  • Demonstrate success working with sales teams in customer negotiations
  • Understanding of contract law and software contract requirements
  • Strong skills in negotiating SaaS agreements
  • Experience working with global data privacy laws
