Job Summary
An information technology and services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Partnerships Operations and Launch Manager.
Must be able to:
- Develop a comprehensive launch process that orchestrates product, service, and partnership releases
- Consult, advise, establish and socialize the appropriate project/initiative delivery frameworks
- Build out KPIs, metrics, and reporting that effectively measures the success of a launch
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience in product launches, program or project management and/or operations in a B2B software company
- Strong understanding of launch methodology with experience delivering major and minor releases
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- An innate curiosity in processes and how to optimize work
- An ability to bring groups together and help them see how their work fits into the larger picture
- Experience using lean, scrum, and agile methodologies for project and operation management
