Job Summary
Supporting customers across the United States and Canada, the full-time Remote Parts Call Center Agent will manage parts inquiries, process orders, and provide technical assistance while working a schedule that ends at 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
Key responsibilities
- Process and modify customer orders, credit notes, and returns while coordinating with logistics and supply chain partners
- Identify required parts and recommend alternatives to minimize customer impact during extended delivery times
- Promote parts and products, handle pricing inquiries, and assist customers with online account setup and management
Required qualifications
- Associate degree in Diesel Technology, Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or related field with three years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with five years of relevant experience
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in heavy-duty vehicle maintenance, mechanical repair, parts sales, or customer support
- Technical training in Diesel Mechanics, Heavy Equipment Mechanics, or Automotive Mechanics is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or Oracle
