Job Summary
A data and analytics company is seeking a Remote Parts Content Director.
Must be able to:
- Identify key needs of customers and perform the appropriate market research to identify new opportunities and obtain market validation
- Work closely with SMEs, PMs/POs, SAs, TAMs, and Customer Care to understand customer usage and challenges
- Prepare root cause analysis and lead follow-up meetings to ensure data challenges are resolved for strategic customers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Have 10+ years of domain experience in the electronics industry, design and/or supply chain
- Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or related areas
- Have the ability to understand, prioritize, and generalize requests from customers that can be turned into solution features
- Be results-oriented with a track record for exceeding expectations and delighting customers
- Have attention to detail and the ability to multi-task under pressure
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills
