A software company has an open position for a Remote Patent Analysis Senior Counsel.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Identifying patents relevant to particular technology areas
• Analyzing patents to determine infringement, validity, quality, and valuation
• Developing claim charts to inform decisions

Qualifications Include:

• Registered patent attorney with JD from a top-tier law school
• Law degree and deep experience in computer software and software patents
• 8+ years of patent experience, including expertise across infringement / validity analysis and patent transactions
• Both law firm and in-house experience
• Detail-oriented and analytical
• Comfortable having a fast-moving and heavy workload, with constantly changing priorities
