An Intellectual Property law firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Patent and Trademark Docketing Assistant in Cleveland.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Drafting and filing formal documents for patent and trademark applications
- Corresponding with foreign counsels and foreign IP offices
- Docketing US and foreign deadlines for patents and trademarks (Pattsy) with a zero error rate
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1 year of experience handling docketing actions for patent and trademark application
- Good-working computer and a stable internet connection
- Able to draft and file formal patent and trademark documents
- Comfortable processing and saving incoming emails from clients/stakeholders
