A global technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Patent and Trademark Docketing Assistant in Irvine.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Drafting and filing formal documents for patent and trademark applications
• Corresponding with foreign counsels and foreign IP offices
• Sending out task reminders/appointments/meetings

Position Requirements Include:

• 1 year of experience handling docketing actions for patent and trademark applications
• Must provide your own good-working computer and a stable internet connection
• Must be highly computer savvy
• Must understand patent and trademark deadlines
