An intellectual property law firm has a current position open for a Remote Patent and Trademark Docketing Assistant in Minneapolis.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Drafting and filing formal documents for patent and trademark applications
• Corresponding with foreign counsels and foreign IP offices
• Docketing US and foreign deadlines for patents and trademarks (Pattsy) with a zero error rate

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 1 year of experience handling docketing actions for patent and trademark applications
• understand patent and trademark deadlines
• Able to handle a variety of attorney personalities and adjust their style of work accordingly
• Highly computer savvy
• Possess a good-working computer and a stable internet connection
