An intellectual property law firm has a current position open for a Remote Patent and Trademark Docketing Assistant in Minneapolis.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Drafting and filing formal documents for patent and trademark applications
- Corresponding with foreign counsels and foreign IP offices
- Docketing US and foreign deadlines for patents and trademarks (Pattsy) with a zero error rate
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1 year of experience handling docketing actions for patent and trademark applications
- understand patent and trademark deadlines
- Able to handle a variety of attorney personalities and adjust their style of work accordingly
- Highly computer savvy
- Possess a good-working computer and a stable internet connection
