Remote Patent Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Remote Patent Prosecution Paralegal on a contract basis, the position requires approximately 40 hours per month, focusing on managing discovery processes, drafting federal court pleadings, and coordinating with expert witnesses while working independently in a flexible remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of discovery, including document collection, organization, and tracking
• Draft and prepare routine federal court pleadings and filings, ensuring compliance with legal standards
• Coordinate with expert witnesses and manage litigation deadlines and court calendars

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of federal court litigation experience
• Demonstrated experience with federal court electronic filing systems (ECF) and PACER
• Experience with Reveal eDiscovery software or a comparable document review platform
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced document formatting
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
