A law firm has a current position open for a Remote Patent Prosecution Attorney Partner in San Francisco.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Conducting business development
• Providing excellent work quality and client service
• Engaging in patent work on client's behalf

Required Skills:

• At least one state bar license, a USPTO patent bar registration, and good standing are required
• Minimum of 8+ years or more solid patent prosecution experience
• This position is for a lateral patent partner or senior patent attorney
• A portable book of business of at least $300K
