Job Summary

To support a leading healthcare organization, the full-time Remote Pharmacy Benefits Case Manager will manage patient cases from benefit verification through medication delivery while working 40 hours per week in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Receive inbound and outbound calls from patients, healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies, and insurance companies
  • Complete insurance benefit investigations and assist with prior authorizations, appeals, and reimbursement processes
  • Educate patients on insurance coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and available support programs while maintaining accurate records
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in healthcare, patient support, case management, or customer service preferred
  • Previous Hub Services or Patient Support Program experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial insurance plans preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems
