Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Patient Access Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide billing and coding support, prior authorization assistance, and benefit verification to patients, providers, and caregivers
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve requests promptly
• Coordinate with internal and external service providers to ensure services align with program policy

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in medical administration
• 6+ months of experience working from home
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• General knowledge of healthcare billing preferred
