Job Summary
A Healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Patient Access Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering multi-line phone in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
- Accurately scheduling appointments for multiple clinical sites
- Assisting callers and navigating them to appropriate resources as needed
Qualifications for this position include:
- At least 6 months experience in a customer/patient service environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required
