Job Summary

A Healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Patient Access Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering multi-line phone in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
  • Accurately scheduling appointments for multiple clinical sites
  • Assisting callers and navigating them to appropriate resources as needed

Qualifications for this position include:

  • At least 6 months experience in a customer/patient service environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required
