Job Summary
A healthcare solutions firm is seeking a Remote Patient Access Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Report complex clinical issues to the appropriate supervisor/client partner
- Answer a high volume of calls a day using a multi-line phone
- Schedule appointments for multiple clinical sites according to client-specific protocols
Required Skills:
- Customer/patient service skills
- Excellent communication skills over the phone
- Experience handling a high volume of inbound calls
- Strong Internet Speed & access to router via Ethernet Cord
