Job Summary

A non-profit, faith-based healthcare group is filling a position for a Remote Patient Access Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Collect and enter demographic information of callers
  • Understand when to escalate call concerns
  • Manage first level inbound calls for centralized RN Triage teams

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience
  • Professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience
  • Medical Assistant with a minimum of 3 years experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong technology skills
  • Proficient in keyboarding skills with accuracy
