Job Summary
A non-profit, faith-based healthcare group is filling a position for a Remote Patient Access Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Collect and enter demographic information of callers
- Understand when to escalate call concerns
- Manage first level inbound calls for centralized RN Triage teams
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience
- Professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience
- Medical Assistant with a minimum of 3 years experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong technology skills
- Proficient in keyboarding skills with accuracy
