Job Summary
A healthcare revenue cycle management company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Patient Access Scheduler.
Must be able to:
- Schedule patient visits and procedures for multiple hospitals and outpatient centers
- Multitask between several different technology systems to complete functions
- Inform patients of possible co-pays and deductibles
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong customer service experience
- At least one year of call center experience
