Job Summary
A university has an open position for a Remote Patient Access Services Vice President.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing through subordinate managers one or more large, complex departments or business units
- Overseeing through subordinate managers the accountability and stewardship of department resources
- Reporting to the President/SVP and VP/COO for the Faculty Practice and Ambulatory Services
Position Requirements Include:
- 10+ years of healthcare referrals experience and customer service/call center experience
- Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent combination of experience / training
- Experience with patient information/claims system processes, as well as fundamental call center knowledge
- Strong operational understanding of healthcare referrals with a particular focus on front end operations
- Must be able to demonstrate superior organizational, management, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Proven successful experience leading, coaching, and mentoring management
