To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time Remote Patient Access Specialist will manage patient access tasks, assist with insurance follow-up, and provide exceptional customer service in a remote environment.

• Facilitate patient access processes and ensure efficient insurance follow-up
• Engage directly with patients to address inquiries and provide support
• Maintain accurate records and documentation while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
