A wholesale company is filling a position for a Remote Patient Access Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing advanced services to patients, providers and caregivers
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
- Establishing themselves as regional experts regarding payer trends
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years in customer service, medical billing and coding, benefits verification, healthcare, etc
- Advanced customer service experience
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships
- Advanced interpersonal skills
