Job Summary

A pharmaceutical logistics company has an open position for a Remote Patient Access Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing advanced services to patients, providers and caregivers
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Processing any necessary correspondence

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Advanced customer service experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Basic analytical skills
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Requires a minimum of four years directly related and progressively responsible experience in customer service, or similar vocations.
