Job Summary
A pharmaceutical logistics company has an open position for a Remote Patient Access Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing advanced services to patients, providers and caregivers
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
- Processing any necessary correspondence
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Advanced customer service experience
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Basic analytical skills
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
- Requires a minimum of four years directly related and progressively responsible experience in customer service, or similar vocations.
