Job Summary
A medical services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Patient Access Specialist in South Burlington.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working on a special project focused on reducing our referral backlog
- Reviewing current referrals and updating our work queues through an auditing process
- Making outbound scheduling calls to patients
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School diploma or GED
- Demonstrated customer service in a fast paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
