Job Summary
A private research university is in need of a Remote Patient Access Supervisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and daily oversight to a team of access center specialists
- Participate in the execution of day-to-day contact center operations
- Serve as Level 2 support for escalated patient calls and document patient feedback accordingly
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Management or related field required
- 4 to 5 years of progressive people leadership in a contact center
- Previous knowledge and experience with call center technology
- Strong leadership and staff development skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven capability of seeking ways to improve and promote accuracy and enhanced quality
