Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Patient Account Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on claim submissions and review remittances for insurance collections
• Create and pursue disputed balances from government and non-government entities
• Research accounts using patient accounting applications and internet resources

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of medical claims and/or hospital collections experience
• Basic knowledge of Commercial, Managed Care, Medicare, and Medicaid insurance
