Job Summary
A management consulting firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Patient Account Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Update patient demographic information and initiate account adjustments
- Correspond with patients and insurance companies
- Resolve account balances to zero
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum 1 year medical office experience
- Knowledge and utilization of desktop applications to include Word and Excel is essential
- PC skills in a Windows environment are required
- Ability to initiate and follow through on projects
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
