Job Summary

A healthcare business and operations provider has a current position open for a Remote Patient Account Representative in Louisville.

Must be able to:

• Refer calls/accounts to appropriate parties based on customer inquiries
• Identify problem accounts and escalate as appropriate
• Update the patient account record to identify actions taken on the account

Qualifications Include:

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum one year related experience preferred, preferably in healthcare
