Job Summary
A healthcare business and operations provider has an open position for a Remote Patient Account Representative in Schaumburg.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying problem accounts and escalate as appropriate
- Updating the patient account record to identify actions taken on the account
- Working with patients and guarantors to secure payment on outstanding account balances
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum one year related experience
- Practice and adhere to the Code of Conduct
- Provide excellent customer service
- Achieve passing quality review scores per unit requirements
- Work within company attendance guidelines
