Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Patient Account Senior Representative in Frisco.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing accounts receivable support
- Maintaining productivity
- Performing billing and follow up activities
Position Requirements Include:
- Some travel may be required
- 2-5 years of experience in Medical/Hospital Insurance related collections
- Intermediate knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 codes
- Advanced knowledge of UB-04 and Explanation of Benefits (EOB) interpretation
- Advanced knowledge of insurance billing, collections and insurance terminology
