To support a high-energy healthcare call center team, the fully remote Patient Account Specialist will assist patients with account inquiries, insurance claims, and billing matters while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from patients, addressing inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Assist patients with insurance inquiries, claims, and billing matters, ensuring clarity and support
• Document patient interactions and update relevant systems according to established guidelines
