Job Summary
is filling a position for a Remote Patient AccountA health services companys Receivable Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Following up on open balances listed on monthly AR reports
- Reviewing credit balances for refund request form completion and notate the accounts
- Documenting all communication regarding account balance follow-up in patient accounts
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- 2+ years' experience in accounts receivable collections in a high production healthcare environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and managed care billing guidelines
