Job Summary

A healthcare services provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Patient Accounts Representative in Manchester.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Reviews all claim edits/claim rejections and makes the necessary corrections
• Ensures that all claims are reviewed daily and submitted electronically in a timely manner using the claims management system
• Works claims in a DNB (Discharge Not Billed) or hold status to ensure timely billing practices

Qualifications Include:

• This position is remote, however there will be time spent in the office for orientation, meetings, trainings, etc
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Two (2) years of medical billing, collections or related experience preferred
• Maintains full knowledge of the software systems in areas related to billing and registration
