Remote Patient Advocate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Prospective Patient Advocate for remote closing shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for prospective patients and explain services
• Schedule free consultations and prepare patients for successful evaluations
• Exhibit empathy and meet or exceed set KPIs while promoting core values

Required Qualifications:

• Bilingual Spanish-English candidates are strongly preferred
• 1-2 years of consultative sales experience with a focus on empathy
• 1+ years of experience in a high-empathy role
• 6 months to 1 year of previous remote work experience
• 1+ years of call center experience with high volume inbound and outbound calls
