Remote Patient Advocate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Based Patient Advocate (MST/PST location required).

Key Responsibilities

• Screen uninsured hospital patients for eligibility for medical or disability assistance
• Complete applications and ensure timely documentation and follow-up until approval
• Collaborate with hospital staff and maintain structured communication with applicants and government agencies

Qualifications and Requirements

• Some college coursework preferred
• Prior hospital experience preferred
• Professional experience with state and federal programs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Ability to adapt to changing processes and work in a fast-paced environment
