Remote Patient Advocate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Based Patient Advocate (MST/PST Location Required).

Key Responsibilities

• Screen uninsured hospital patients to determine eligibility for medical or disability assistance
• Complete applications and ensure follow-through until approval
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with hospital staff and other stakeholders

Qualifications and Requirements

• Some college coursework preferred
• Prior hospital experience preferred
• Professional experience with state and federal programs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
• Ability to adapt to changing processes and multitask in a fast-paced environment
