Job Summary
A healthcare services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Patient Advocate Representative in Frisco.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting interviews with patients and/or family members
- Recording and maintaining complete documentation of activities performed on account
- Performing financial clearance function including collections
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years work experience with Social Services or Hospital Admitting or related area
- Working familiarity with the rules and regulations pertaining to Federal, State and County programs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the clear understanding of the English language
