Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting with and provide resolution to colleagues and customers
- Working on escalated issues regarding pharmacy services, customer service and work flow concerns
- Providing a high level of customer service, resolving escalations and reporting any potential trends
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2+ year pharmacy, customer service or healthcare experience, with proven exceptional performance
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Conflict resolution skills
