Job Summary
A company that provides web-based electronic medical record systems has a current position open for a Remote Patient Billing Support Supervisor.
Must be able to:
- Train staff on how to complete all tasks assigned
- Coordinate, assign, audit, and supervise work for patient billing staff assigned
- Be hands on and take calls when necessary and be available when an agent appears to need assistance
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to train patient support specialists
- Demonstrate core customer service competencies, such as active listening, empathy and other de-escalation tactics
- Able to anticipate problems and assist in resolving them timely
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- 3 years of billing experience in a Healthcare environment
- Previous lead or supervisory experience in a customer service environment
