Job Summary

A company that provides web-based electronic medical record systems has a current position open for a Remote Patient Billing Support Supervisor.

Must be able to:

  • Train staff on how to complete all tasks assigned
  • Coordinate, assign, audit, and supervise work for patient billing staff assigned
  • Be hands on and take calls when necessary and be available when an agent appears to need assistance

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to train patient support specialists
  • Demonstrate core customer service competencies, such as active listening, empathy and other de-escalation tactics
  • Able to anticipate problems and assist in resolving them timely
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • 3 years of billing experience in a Healthcare environment
  • Previous lead or supervisory experience in a customer service environment
