Job Summary

A virtual care and patient engagement solutions provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Patient Care Advocate.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting callers by answering questions, and scheduling routine appointments
• Connecting patients with the right medical support via inbound calls
• Providing new patient registration

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 2+ years of call center OR phone-based experience
• 1+ years of healthcare experience within last 3 years
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc)
• Basic computer skills such as ability to navigate internet and perform data entry
• Experience answering high volume of incoming calls
• Experience working remotely or in a different location from boss or team
