Job Summary
A virtual care and patient engagement solutions provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Patient Care Advocate.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting callers by answering questions, and scheduling routine appointments
- Connecting patients with the right medical support via inbound calls
- Providing new patient registration
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years of call center OR phone-based experience
- 1+ years of healthcare experience within last 3 years
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc)
- Basic computer skills such as ability to navigate internet and perform data entry
- Experience answering high volume of incoming calls
- Experience working remotely or in a different location from boss or team
