Job Summary
A health insurance company is in need of a Remote Patient Care Clinical Pharmacist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Actively participating in departmental meetings to improving clinical programs and enhancing processes
- Assessing medication regimen for unnecessary medications
Qualifications for this position include:
- Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of residence
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
- Solid knowledge of disease state management guidelines
