Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Patient Care Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Actively listening and probing patients in a professional and timely manner
- Providing superlative and empathetic telephonic customer service for company patients
- Managing the scheduling process for patients wanting to schedule new visits or reschedule existing ones
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1+ year of healthcare background with medical terminology and familiarly of clinical issues
- Knowledge of MS Office products
- Critical thinking skills required for success in role
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent
